T3 BEACHWOOD Training Options

FOR: YOUTH ATHLETES (AGES 12-18)

WE OFFER:

Athlete Performance Group Training

Monday – Friday: 4 – 5:15 p.m. | 5:15 – 6:30 p.m.


Saturday – Sunday: 11 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Middle school and high school athletes get faster, stronger and more confident in our specialized training group. Classes are 75 minutes and incorporate speed, strength and functional core training. This program is designed to help young athletes develop a love of fitness, improve their performance in any sport, and become more durable and resilient.  

FOR: cOLLEGE AND PRO ATHLETES (AGES 18+)

WE OFFER:

Premier Performance Group Training

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 3 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Get an elite training experience designed to push the boundaries of athletic excellence. Our high-achieving Premier Perfomance group combines advanced training methodologies with personalized coaching and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities. Your ability plus our speed and strength training will separate you from the competition. 

FOR: Adults LOOKING TO GET (OR STAY) IN GREAT SHAPE

Adult Strength for Life Training

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 – 6:50 a.m.

Monday — Thursday: 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.


Saturday: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.


Sunday: 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

A 50-minute strength-based training class for adults that focuses on proper weight training techniques to build strength, boost cardiovascular capacity, and improve body composition (fat loss). Adults who want to be fitter, healthier, stronger and more capable find a home here. This class is designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels and ages, providing a welcoming and supportive environment. Join us to build and maintain strength, look and feel better, and live a more active lifestyle

Personal Training (or Small Group Training)

Whether you’re an adult preparing for a 5K, coming from physical therapy, or looking to get out of pain, or a youth athlete with a specific training goal, our trainers are available to provide 1-on-1 assistance. Want to train with some like-minded friends? We can set up a small group training session for you.

Sport Skill Training

Get better at the sport of your choice with help from our staff of experienced professionals. We provide personal lessons to help athletes improve their skills in…

  • Baseball: Work on your swing and improve your hitting in our batting cage, where you’ll receive coaching from staff members who played at the college level or beyond. Our skills coaches help you improve your fundamentals, from fielding to throwing. We also provide help for pitchers.

  • Football: Whether you are a skill player, lineman or quarterback, our staff can help you hone your craft. Our coaches have college and professional experience, and deliver effective training that will improve the on-field skill of your choice, from catching to blocking to tackling. 

  • Basketball: Train on our indoor basketball court and become a better shooter, ballhandler or defender. No matter how you want to improve, our trainers can help you elevate your game.
